Description:
The customer wants to import the photos from the card producing system and has asked for further information regarding the best / recommended size of the image.

Resolution:
The following information has been taken from the Staff User Guide and the System Librarian Guide.

Please note that the picture window is square. If the original picture is not, the picture is compressed to fit into the GUI picture window. (Staff User Guide pg 369 of whole document, pg 34 of the Circulation section)

It is best to use pictures that have a width/height ratio of 1:1 to get the optimum results. (System Librarian Guide pg 349 of the whole document or pg 106 of the Circulation section).
