Patron expiration date does not always display – this is after the fix for issue 28321.

Actual Results:
The patron’s expiration date does not display if the patron does not have an active loan, even if the patron does have an ADM level Z305 record which does have an expiration date. The patron’s expiration date does display if the patron has an active loan.

Expected Results: The patron’s expiration date would always display.

fixed in v.20 by rep change 3309
