    Description

We added a sentence to patron notices about the library hours but this sentence is *not* appearing on the notice the system generates.

    Resolution

    This could be caused by:

    1) the form which was changed not being the form which was printed

    2) an error in the form parameters (in one case the added line had " <xsl:with-param name="le"... "  rather than the correct " <xsl:with-param name="line"... ")

    3) failure to run util i/6 in order to produce a new ./form_lng/html.pck file

    4) failure to restart the GUI client in order to pull the new html.pck file over to the pc.  (Check  ./Alephcom/files/xxx50/PrintTemplates/lng to see whether the updated file has been brought to the PC.)

Note:  the following search in the Knowledge Crticles will retrieve other articles which may be relevant:  form_eng AND html.pck  .
