    Problem Description:
    Patron name is not passed to Total Requests or Active Request pages if the patron does not have any ILL requests
    Actual Results:
    Blank space appears where patron name should appear
    Expected Results:
    Patron name should appear on the page

    Resolution:
    Fixed in v20. rc 3697
