Problem Symptoms:
* patrons are able to place more than one hold request on the same title even though the items have the same statuses and return dates.

Cause:
table ./xxx50/tab15.lng, col. 11 has 'Y'

Resolution:
./xxx50/tab/tab15.lng has 'Y' in col. 11 of item status 50. This means, that the system will not expand hold requests to other 'like copies' but only request the specific item.
