    Patrons no longer searchable after updating z303 profile, plain-html, or export

    Description:
    Patrons are no longer searchable after changing one of the following fields in the z303: z303_profile, z303_plain_html, or z303_export_consent.

    All patrons appear in the Patron List - but any attempt to select a record for a "disappeared" patron results in the message "Unable to retrieve Global patron record."

    Also, p_file_20 has unique constraint errors for the z353.

    Resolution:
    We find that, after the update there are no z353 records for the patron.

    The z353_id1 was missing from the xxx50/file_list. Adding this and rerunning p_cir_25 fixed the problem.

    See KB 8192-6423 for a method of making sure that the necessary Oracle indexes are present and valid.
