    Patrons with fines of $.00; credits

    Description:
    We have 2 patrons that have fines of $.00. They keep showing up on reports--specifically Priv-04 Patron money owed (our customized report p_priv_04).

    We would like to get rid of these non existent fines, but am not sure how to do it.

    Resolution:
    These patrons had z31's with a z31_status of 'O' (open) and a z31_credit_debit value of "C". The site tried creating an offsetting debit so the balance was zero, but that didn't help.

    Deleting these credits (and the offsetting debits) (using SQL) corrected the problem.
