Description
Pharos print system connection to the Aleph patron database receives "cannot connect to automation server"; “not able to access account in ALEPH”; and “ALEPH unavailable, Your PIN number is incorrect" messages. Patrons can't be authenticated. The authentication is occurring via sip2 transactions.

Resolution:
It turned out to be an outdated sip2 ipaddress.
