Preventing Printing of a Letter

Description:
Is it possible to suppress the letter that is produced when you click on "Waive" the Cash tab of a Patron record in Circ?
The GUI options only specify suppressing the payment notice and do not mention the waive letter.

Resolution:
In v16, there is no option to turn off the production of this letter (cash-pay-receipt-waive-debit).
A workaround to this would be to send the letter to a "dummy" device so no output will be created.

In v18, you can use the NO-PRINT on the PayLetter line in print.ini (column 6.1) . It cancels both the "Partial Waive" and "Waive" letters. This is the same control line that is used for the other Cash receipts, so use with care.
