    Problem Symptoms:
    * Print preview is displaying correct margins
    * Print out has a different setup and the printout does not fit into the page
    How can this be adjusted?

    Cause:
    Margins in HTMLPrint.ini not adjusted

    Resolution:
    The print preview uses the definitions from Internet Explorer, while printout uses the htmlprint.ini definitions for margins.

    To adjust the margins in Internet Explorer:
    * Go to File / Print Preview / Options Page Setup (Margins)

    To adjust the definitions in HTMLPrint.ini:
    * Execute .\alephcom\bin\HTMLPrint.exe
    * File / Configuration File / Edit [CTRL + E]
    * Edit options in tab 'Margins'
