    Process EDI Incoming Messages (edi-09) does not start

    Problem Symptoms:
    When starting service EDI Incoming Messages (edi-09) from GUI nothing happens. No output file is produced and no log file. Input file remains in directory ./xxx50/edi/in/ed/incoming. Batch queue is properly running and no jobs are waiting for execution in batch queue.

     

    Cause:
    Batch queue

     

    Resolution:
    Although it seemed as if the batch queue was properly running when viewing with util c/1 I tried to stopped the batch queue with util c/3. This was not possible, so I "killed" it.ֲ 
    After restart of batch queue lots of jobs are in the queue waiting for execution of course also edi-09.

    This problem occurred supposedly because of a full disk storage.
