Query re. p-manage-17

Description:
The Help for p-manage-17 says that it locks the Library, but it hasn't locked it for me in ages. Does the Help need changing, or have I been doing something wrong?

Resolution:
Indeed, manage_17 doesn't lock the library any longer. Option "C" does not create or delete any records, it just updates the (ACC Headings) records. There is no need to lock the library. Option "A" used to update records, but this option has been disabled some time ago. We have a development issue which is going to address the documentation.
