RDA fields missing in MARC to MAB conversion table tab_fix_usm2mab

Description
Some relevant RDA fields are missing in table xxx01/tab/tab_fix_usm2mab which causes incorrect MAB records when loading records using "Load ALEPH Sequential MARC Records (manage-18)"
Resolution
Please find attached an update table with RDA fields. Add the table to your xxx01/tab directory. The original table should be saved before e.g. with another suffix. After restart of the PC server the table gets active.
