Certain recent updates appear in the GUI but are not appearing in ARC

Resolution:

Changes to Aleph records are transmitted to ARC via the p_arc_01 “ETL” procedure.  Typically, this procedure is set up (in the job_list) to run nightly -- or, at some sites, just on week nights. 

Check logs in $alephe_scratch to see when p_arc_01 last ran -- and when it's scheduled to run next.
