Description:
The field "Report Language" in aleph services(ex. p-print-01) allows the selection of languages(Japanese or English)
when library is xxx01.
But when library is xxx10, we can't select anything in the field.(list is empty).
How can the field be selected?
This is necessary when we want to output authority related records in Japanese.

Resolution:
The value for Report language in the services comes from the section PATRON-LANGUAGE in pc_tab_exp_field.eng

After updating this you may need to restart the pc server and re-open GUI.
