    Description:
The due dates for regular loans are OK, but the due dates for certain items with other requests (recalls) on them are *longer* than they would be if there were no recall.

    Resolution:
Looking at abc50 tab16, I see that you have "00000014" in column 16 ("Date parameter for loan of items with holds") and 14 in column 20 {"Number of days for minimum guaranteed loan period (when recalled)"} for all entries.

In the case where the loan period for a non-requested item (column 6) is 28 days, this makes sense. But I see cases where the period for a non-requested items is 1 day, 3 days, or 7 days and this guaranteed period is still 14 days!

The values in columns 16 and 20 should never be greater than those in column 6.
