    Problem Symptoms:
Searching by title index is not restricted to words appearing in the title (tag 245). E.g. searching for title=cats: the result shows also records which don't have the word "cats" in the tag 245, but in tag 505 (Contents). The title index should be restricted to the title when doing a title search

    Cause:
In table ./xxx01/tab/tab11_word the index WTI (title index) is build from a lot of tags, not only the tag 245. The content tag 505 subfields a and t are also included in this index:
    505## a 03 WRD WNO WTI
    505## t 03 WRD WNO WTI
There are also other tags which are indexed by WTI, (e.g. 400 subfield t, 411 subfield t, 440, 490).

    Resolution:
    1. Remove WTI for this tags in ./xxx01/tab/tab11_word
    2. Rebuild Word Index (manage-01)
