Restricting Cash transactions to a sublibrary

Description:
We would like to restrict the staff permissions to the sub-library level when it comes to CASH.

Resolution:
Staff Privileges do not apply a sub-library level to cash transactions.

This should be done by setting IP-address and Type 6 in tab_attr_sub_library.
Type 6 will filter the defined sub-library/-ies and hide all the other sub-libraries from display.
Thus only the transactions for the allowed sub-library/-ies can be done.
