    Description:
I am reporting this in v19, but while preparing this report, I also observed it in v18.

Normally, when a lost item is returned, a credit is issued for the amount of the original lost replacement fee. We have found that, if the original replacement fee receives a partial waive, the subsequent return of the lost book does not issue a credit for the replacement debit.

    Resolution:
tab100 LOST-LOAN-CREDIT-METHOD Options 1, 3, 4, and 6 do not result in crediting of partially waived transactions. Options 2 and 5 do.

But options 2 and 5 do not automatically create a credit in the case where the cash transaction is Closed (that is, Paid) -- which may not be acceptable.

If 2 and 5 are not acceptable, I could request a "7", which would be like 1 except that partially waived transactions *would* be credited....
