Description:
The subject line is blank on the email generated by SDI.

Resolution:
The SDI process does not use form_description.eng. The default email subject heading is from the z325 table:

02 z325_email_subject

If the user leaves the email subject blank in the SDI request form, then ALEPH returns an error message (not a default from form_description).

The message is in ./aleph/error_eng/p_sdi_01:

5001 0001 L SDI REQUEST MAILxxxx

You can change the message to whatever text you want. (You should change the error message in the u-tree, rather than the a-tree, which is subject to being updated by a Service Pack.)
