Resolution:
I suspect that the problem is caused by the third editor name - Jaggar, Si?n.
Can you please remove the ? (the a with circumflex) from the editor name and let me know if sfx menu is still failing?

Later: Yes, that worked, which identifies the problem. I've put the circumflex back and it breaks again.
