Description:
In COL 6. of tab_block_circ we have defined cash limit 15. In SIP2 server this is checked properly for all "regular" loans. However for short loan items this limit is not checked and patrons owing more than 15 are allowed to issue short loan items. How can we avoid this?

Resolution:
You are checking the cash limit with this line in tab_check_circ:

LOAN-GBL check_circ_10_a

(While this check is missing in LOAN section).
This works fine for "regular" loan via SIP2.
Because of the sequence the programs are processing the SIP2-requests, SIP2 is not checking this section for short loan items.

For short loans performed via SIP2 only the section LOAN from tab_check_circ is used.

So please add this line to tab_check_circ to solve this issue:

LOAN check_circ_10_a
