    Question

Field BV for "Fee amount" is missing in the printout and in the server log when returning an item. Can it be configured that the information is displayed?

    Answer

Field BV will only be displayed when a fee is paid and not when an item is returned.

When returning an item the fee is added to field AF and AG like this

        <AF>Item returned. Checkin fee: 0.12.</AF>

        <AG>Item returned. Checkin fee: 0.12.</AG>

    Additional Information

In case the fee is not displayed in field AF and AG please check whether variable $1 is correctly added in the message. Configuration is to be found in

    $alephe_tab/error_lng/sip2_server

    0026 0000 L Item returned. $1

If $1 is missing in this line please add it and restart the SIP2 server.
