SIP2 server: Setting up language of error-messages

Desired Outcome Goal:
In SIP2 server messages should be called from German file ./error_ger/sip2_server instead of English file ./error_eng/sip2_server.
Procedure:
In ./xxx50/prof_library change
set_symbol CON_START ENG
to
set_symbol CON_START GER
to change the default language of your xxx50-library.
