    SIP2 server doesn’t recognize the borrower id

    Problem Symptoms:
    * Self check device is not recognizing the borrower id and the barcode of the return.

    Cause:
    The SIP2 server is launched from a wrong ADM library.

    Resolution:
    1. dlib xxx50
    2. Kill the running SC server process with util w/2/7/3 specifying the port number.
    3. Restart SIP2 server with util w/3/7/4 specifying the port number.
    4. Check the log in $data_scratch
