    Description:
Installed SP767 on our PROD machine. ILL requests are not going through and find ue_17 not active. It restarted without problems.

    The /illsv/scratch/run_e_17.27348 log contains:

    2010-01-27 16:18:45 HANDLING DOC NO. - 001353466
2010-01-27 16:18:45 [log] Message type RSMSG

    Execution error : file '/exlibris/aleph/a19_6/aleph/exe/iso_ill_create_rsmsg_req.gnt'
    error code: 114, pc=0, call=243, seg=0
114 Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory (Signal 11)

It looks like the file was at least touched:
    -rw-rw-r-- 1 aleph exlibris 33792 Jan 27 04:13 iso_ill_create_rsmsg_req.gnt

    Resolution:
This is a known issue. As long as you do not need rc.308 then you can replace the current iso_ill_create_rsmsg_req.gnt (in /exlibris/aleph/a19_6/aleph/exe) with the file named iso_ill_create_rsmsg_req.gnt.before.sp767.
