    Description:
    As described in SI 16384-82792, the site was getting errors on the z308's in running p_cash_10. I found that SQL select on the z308 type 00 got the following error:

    SQL> select z308_verification from z308 where z308_rec_key like '00OSW000031398%';
    SP2-0784: Invalid or incomplete character beginning 0xDB returned

    I know that the verification is encrypted; still, it seems that we should not get this error.

    Resolution:
    Running p_manage_64 for the z308 (in the $usr_library) corrected this error. (p_manage_64 for the z308 rebuilds the z308_verification.)

    Note: Though this prevented the SQL error, it did *not* correct the p_cash_10 problem.
