STA field in holdings records XXX60

Description

When Holding record in XXX60 has field STA with ANY content, the Holding record is suppressed from display in the Holdings frame in the OPAC Items list .
This should only happen when STA field = SUPPRESSED or DELETED. But we found that this happens when any STA field is present in XXX60 record.
