    SYSTEM DOWN:EXITING" at end of server or ue log.

    Description:
    A server (www_server, pc_server, oclc_server, etc.) or ue process (ue_01, ue_08, etc.) terminates with the message "SYSTEM DOWN:EXITING".

    Resolution:
    This message is issued when the server or ue program calls "check_system_status" and finds that the process has a status of "DOWN".

    Do util w/5 and toggle the process "UP"
