    Problem Symptoms:
    Sending e-mails with title information from OPAC via Primo or OPAC (Save/Mail) is not functioning.
    Patrons are receiving an empty e-mail.

    Cause:
    Configuration fault

    Resolution:
    Check localized file
    $alephe_root/www_f_lng/direct-head-xxx01
    whether variable &doc_number=$0100" is correctly included.

    Compare the file with the default (e.g. direct-head-usm01)
