    Description:
When saving or mailing selected items from the web OPAC the ISI ResearchSoft Tagged Output Format of the output file changes depending on where you do it. For example if you save selected records from the results list this uses a more compressed format than if you save a item in the full view or My E-Shelf.

Is there are way of standardising on one format? The reason for this is that often using want to upload the saved items to bibliographic software but can't do this if the format keeps changing.

    Resolution:
After discussing this with the development team - it was found that the programs for save and e-mail are different. Correcting it in the supported verisons might jeopardize the stability of the version. Therefore we are not going to correct this issue at this point.
