    Send Hold Request Slip to Printer and Hold Request Letter via Email

    When an item is checked in and there is a hold on the item a hold-request-letter is supposed to be emailed to the patron. What is happening is that the hold-request-slip is being emailed instead / also. We want the hold request letter to go to the patron and the hold request slip to go to the printer.
