Sending bib records to OCLC, "Invalid record"

Description:
I exported records to OCLC with p_print_03. I have not been using any fix routines or expand routines. When uploading these records to OCLC, I get the error message of Invalid record.

Resolution:
OCLC Connexion indicated the records were Invalid because they were encoded in UTF-8 instead of MARC8. This was resolved by specifiying UTF_TO_MARC8 as the conversion routine in p_print_03.
