An APDU Alias field is only sent to a Supplier/Partner under the following conditions:
2. Communication tab > Locate Type = EXTERNAL
2. Communication tab > Protocol Type = ISO TCP
1. Partner Info tab > Alias = contains a value for the Sending ILL Unit
1. Partner Info tab > Status = Active
