Serials Arrival: Error 0011 not defined in pc_serial_arrive_logextfh

Description:
When we perform a serials arrival we get a message in the success column: Error 0011 not defined in pc_serial_arrive_logextfh.

Resolution:
The workaround is to copy the file ./aleph_root/pc_serial_arrive_log to a new file called "pc_serial_arrive_logextfh" in $alephe_root/error_eng and change the 0011 message to "Issue arrived.".

We hope to have a permanent correction soon.
