    Serials Patterns Remote Service Error

    Description:
    Trying to input serials patterns we get the following error message on our production server
    "remote service error (c0324 21)
    Unable to generate schedule from provided pattern/level-x"

    Resolution:
    If this problem happens with *all* patterns:
    There are two control tables (tab_pattern_func and tab_pattern_norm) which are used to generate items based on serial prediction patterns. They reside in the $aleph_dev/aleph/tab directory under the a-tree. These tables were missing from your server.

    If the problem occurred with just certain patterns:
    Make sure they had subfield 9 - "link to relevant subscription copy" in the 853X. Once they added the subscription copy number to the 853X, they no longer got this message
