    Problem Symptoms:
When a server is started via util w/3, there is no error message and the $LOGDIR log shows the server as starting, but it does *not* appear in util w/1.

    Cause:
    Uncertain.

    Resolution:
    1. Do "ps -ef |grep 6991" (or whatever port the server is running on).
    2. If processes are found, do "kill -9 nnnnn" for each process <where "nnnnn" is the first number (the process number)>
    3. Do util w/3 to restart it.

    Additional Information

    For example, the $LOGDIR/www_server log might show the following: START Sun Sep 1 23:45:09 EDT 2013 *** start www_server *** 2013-09-01 23:45:09 54 ----- [log] verbose on level 1
