    Service elib-22 apparently does not recall requested items

    Problem Symptoms:
    * overdue-summary-0 is not generated for requested overdue items via elib-22
    * overdue-summary-1 or overdue-summary-2 are generated.

    Resolution:
    Rep_change 2126 in Aleph 21
    Description: This fix is relevant only to Scandinavian customers. In the recall jobs elib-22, elib-24 and elib-39, the requested material is not recalled.

    Solution: This has been corrected.
