    Description:
We have used ue_08 started in Re-check mode to recheck bib/authority linkage In general ourcatalogers are happy but have some questions. If you look at author index for 'Bernstein Leonard' you'll see that all of the headings flipped except one. The non-flipped heading points to an 800 tag with a subfield t. Our tab11_acc says to ignore subfield t so I am not sure why this did not flip. We have many examples of this. Also see, 'Asimov, Isaac'. 22 records did not flip and they all seem to be 800 tags with a subfield t

    Resolution:
In order for a heading to flip, it has to be linked to a 4XX tag. This is the indication that the heading needs to be flipped. When you look at the Author browse index, you see that this heading is linked to a 400. But you have configured the 800 tag to flip based on the Series (SRS) index, rather than the Author index. (See tab01.eng) If you browse the Bernstein title in the SRS index, you'll see that it didn't link to the Authority
