Some items do not display in OPAC and no AVA field is produced for Primo

Certain items which should display in the Aleph OPAC do not, and no AVA field (for sending to Primo) is produced for these locations.

Resolution: In order for an item to display in the OPAC (and for an AVA field to be produced), column 10 of its tab15.lng item status / item process status entry must be set to "Y".
