    Some records can’t be found in the database

    Problem Symptoms:
    Some records can?t be found in the database although they were handled in ue_01 log file.

    Cause:
    Data error

    Resolution:
    Problematic record has on position 5 of field LDR a ?d? which means that this record is deleted and so it does not undergo indexing routines.

    Additional Information

    For finding out all records which have a similar criterion do the following:

    Add a line to ./xxx01/tab/tab_type_config.lng ?
    TYP DEL LDR F05-01 EQUAL d

    ? and a line to ./xxx01/tab/tab_expand:
    RET expand_doc_type tab_type_config

    Then run Retrieve Catalog Records (ret-01) and search for all records that have in field TYP ?DEL? but not ?Y? in field ?DEL?.
