    Description:
Question: If we want to send out a notice a few days before a book is overdue, how could we do this?

Would a negative value like -3 work in col 5 of tab32?

    Resolution:
    tab32 can't have negative values.

Rather than sending an overdue notice in this case, you can use p_cir_10 to send a *Courtesy* notice. You would specify "3" as the "Number of Days until Due Date" and then check either the:

Items Due Within a Certain Number of Days Before Due Date (Including Overdue Items); or

Items Due Within a Certain Number of Days Before Due Date (Excluding Overdue Items)

(See the p_cir_10 Help for information on these options.)
