    Description:
When an ISO Borrowing Request is received, two printouts are generated: ill-patron-letter-a and ill-arrival-slip-new.
How can we stop the printing of these letters?

    Resolution:
When a Borrowing Request is received, 3 printouts can be generated: ill-patron-letter-a (patron arrival notification letter), ill-arrival-slip-new (to put in the arrived item), and ill-bor-receive-letter (supplier arrival notification letter).
Borrowing > Summary view > Statuses > Shipped node > click Select button > upper right pane List of Requests > select a Request and click Receive button > a popup window "Receive Returnable Material" (or non-returnable) appears > complete the form and click OK > the letters are displayed/printed
NOTE: For ISO suppliers, the "Send Received Letter to Supplier" checkbox at the bottom which controls the printing of ill-bor-receive-letter is gray and not available. For ISO Suppliers, this letter is not printed.

In ILL2/tab/print.ini, all 3 letters are controlled by the ArrivalLetter line.
    Column 6.1 = ill-patron-letter-a
    Column 6.2 = ill-arrival-slip-new
    Column 6.3 = ill-bor-receive-letter
In order to suppress the printing of any of these letters, add NO-PRINT to the appropriate column.
