    Description:
We seem to have a problem with the sublibrary/location filter in the items list display (Holdings Screen). Where there are items belonging to more than one sublibrary the combo box only seems to offer the option for 'All'. What do we need to do to make ALEPH display the sub-library names in this drop-down menu?

    Resolution:
The problem is that the following file is not setup correctly: tab_item_list_order

To make the "Select sublibrary" menu display the list of sub-libraries, you need to list the sub-libraries codes in the first column of this table.

Note: The order that you list the sub-libraries will be the order that ALEPH will display them to the patron.

After that, you just need to restart both PC and WWW servers.
