    suggested workaround 1
    Define all similar types of staff users pointing to a proxy user. This enables to turn off specific user permission in one step.

    To suppress the cash records temporarily from display
    remove the relevant sublibraries from type 6 definition in file $data_tab/tab_attr_sub_library to suppress
