Description:
In v.18, an enhancement to tab17 is supposed to allow closing hours after midnight (i.e. 2600). We are unable to enter a closing hour of anything later than 2359 in the closing hour column. We can get a closing hour later than 2359 by using the new Library Open Hours Management Interface, but we also would like to be able to enter a closing hour later than 2359 from within tab17 itself.
