Problem Symptoms:
The tables headers (in u22_x tree) are not updated after running upgrade express
Cause:
post upgrade procedure not applied
Resolution:
1. Run Util H/2 (Synchronize Library File Headers) and Util H/3 (Synchronize Alephe File Headers) for all libraries
H. Library and Installation Report (Files, Tables and Definitions)

This mandatory Post Upgrade Express Action is documented in document "Upgrade Express 21.01 to 22.01 User Guide", chapter "9. Analyzing the Upgrade Express Results / Packaging and Final Steps".
Note: When upgrading two separate packages, restart the server and run Upgrade Express processes only after the second package upgrade. For example, if you are
upgrading from 20.01 to 21.01 and then from 21.01 to 22.01, the Post Upgrade Express Actions should be run only after the second upgrade has been performed.
