    Description:
    I am getting an error message when I try to look at the Batch Log in the File Manager or when I use Util/c/11 in PLN60. The error message is "Unable to sort batch log file". Remote Service Error c1202 10.

    Resolution:
    This is happening because there is no 'batch_log' file in the $data_files directory for ABC60. As soon as you run your first batch service against the ABC60 library, the log will be created and the sort routine will then have a file to work with.
