    Problem Description:
    The year limit on the OPAC item page does not work on year data spanning multiple years where the Chron. Level1. (I)(Year) may cointain up to 20 characters, for example: 1968/1969-1969/1970 or 1970/1971-1971/1972.

    Actual Results:
    The limit does not match and no item records are returned as only the first nine digits of the chron level 1 are used. The message “The library does not have accessible items” is displayed.

    Expected Results:
    The limit matches and item records (if matched) are returned
