Put in the relevant line in tab16 in column 14 (fine method )the value F (Using method "F" a set rate is charged for a time period)
2) vi ./aleph/xxx_x/xxx50/tab/tab_late_return
tab_late_return defines late return periods and amounts for late return fines, when fine method "F" is set in col.14 of tab16
